At Shoppikebrewing.com, we strive to resolve purchase problems quickly and as easily as possible. You may return an item provided the terms and conditions listed below are met. Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.

All returns and/or replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact our Merchandise Manager at 206.812.6607.

Replacement
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

1. Wrong item
2. Defective item

Once an RMA number has been received, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong and/or defective item.

Refund
An unopened, original condition item may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order ship date. Refunds will be in the amount of purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling. Please note that books are not returnable after purchase.
